Serving the Bay Area
Refrigeration • Heating • Air Conditioning
Dynamic Mechanical Services isn’t just a heating, cooling, and refrigeration company, it’s a team committed to doing things right, showing up when expected, and standing behind every project with pride.
Founded by Brian Federighi, President of the company, Dynamic Mechanical Services was built on years of hands-on experience, a deep commitment to craftsmanship, and a belief in delivering honest, reliable service.
Brian’s journey began at The Refrigeration School (RSI) in Phoenix, Arizona. After gaining experience with contractors throughout Sonoma and Napa counties, he recognized his ability to lead and launched Dynamic Mechanical Services in 2019.
“I wanted to build something where quality work and real reliability weren’t just buzzwords, they’re what we deliver every day.”
– Brian Federighi, President
Since its founding
The company has grown from routine service calls to large-scale commercial refrigeration projects, including work for clients such as Robert Mondavi and Mazetta in American Canyon. Regardless of project size, the values remain the same: Exceptional craftsmanship. Transparent pricing. Dependable service.
Brian remains closely involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring every job reflects the company’s high standards. That level of oversight brings a personal touch not often found at larger firms, and clients consistently recognize the difference. Projects are completed on time, systems are installed cleanly and efficiently, and pricing remains consistent from quote to completion.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys mountain biking, fishing, snowboarding, and water sports like wakeboarding and surfing. His energy, dedication, and attention to detail shape the culture and performance of the business.
Dynamic Mechanical Services is proud to serve both residential and commercial clients with skill, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
